MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
* Manage all Administration activities - Provide timely supports to other HO departments such as: suppling desk, chair, cabinet, stationery, etc. for incoming partners, control stationery stock, etc., and provide needed support to Stores - Manage all storage stuffs such as the VIP gifts, calendar, paper, notebook, files - Responsible for all admin tasks: booking ticket, hotel, events, etc. - Manage & Register of Work permit, residential card, etc. for expats. - Write related SOPs to ensure standard process & procedure is complied - Build office layout for the company - Manage GA cost to ensure the expense is within budget. * Manage & control all matters related to Asset, Utility system, environment, waste-water management and outsourcing services - Overview and provide timely support to specific areas such as: environment management, waste water management, fire-protection system, etc. - Contact with Electric Power Company, Environment Department and some other authorities to support technical team handle maintenance for utilities systems. - Looking for some suppliers that can improve the efficiency of utilities system and reduce cost of energy consumption. - Co-operate with Finance, Purchasing and Technical team in order to control all sort of fixed asset and equipment - Co-work with Technical Manager in building maintenance, repairmen, or supplement construction for improving the function of the building. - Support store management to look for some out-sourcing services such as security, environment, pest control, carton boxes selling, etc. and also manage service contracts. - Report to HRM such as monthly costs including security, cleaning, quantity of parking times, reports of accidents or problems in HO and Stores. * Be company representative person in working with related authorities in relevant areas such as: - Represent HRM for external relations such as public security, Fire-protection department, or when there is some trouble with outside resident etc. - Preparing some report that are requirements of Law and report to relevant government office, such as environment monitoring report, labor environment conditions measurement report, labor safety report, foreigner labor report, etc. - Support store when there is any inspection of relevant government office. * Provide training, coaching, developing and managing team members - Provide on-job training to all team members, support them to have a chance to attend suitable internal & external training course. - Other tasks will be assigned by HRM

- Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent qualifications - Experience: + At least 3 years of experience in management/supervisor in a customer orientated environment. Working experience in retail industry is preferred - Knowledge: + Knowledge of company regulations & working processes + Knowledge of consumer law - Foreign language: English - Skills: + Communication, time management, organizational effectiveness + Informatics: proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Personality: Confident, composed, customer oriented, well-organized, problem solving, teamwork, disciplined
