- Provide overall administrative support to sales team which includes handling all incoming enquiries as well as preparation of quotations. - Attend walk in customers and support receipt of samples to CS team. - Coordinate with CS team and Finance department for red invoice, and client payments. - Review bad debt: follow up with clients, remind & ensure timely payments. - Assist sales in Telesales activities, prepare marketing and other promotional collaterals. - Coordinate sales, finance and CS team for smooth management of client’s financial details and be an interface with clients on follow-up. - Follow up with clients to settle debts as required and prepare minutes of meeting. -Provide support and assist in coordination of seminars, workshops, client servicing events and other customer satisfaction surveys - Submit new leads & report directly to Manager. - Do another works as assigned by Manager.

- Any Degree or its equivalent with at least 1 year of admin or coordination experience. - Experience and knowledge of accounts/ admin/ coordination job is preferred. - Proficient in MS office application. - Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus to establish positive relations. - A proactive team player with the ability to work independently in challenging timelines. - Speak English fluently.
