- Fully responsibilities for the overall performance of the Carpentry Department which includes Planning, Operational Control and decision making.Be in charge of production activities of Carpentry department to achieve targets and goals set by the Production Manager/ BOD.Following & control the monthly/weekly production /shipment plan . - Manage and distribute the target to foreman’s. - Monitor all activities related to the correct technique and quality. Avoid wasting time & materials. - Set up the routine to planning and controlling the materials consumption for department - Responsible for Manpower Planning & Overtime Control of the department. - Responsible for the smooth management (day to day) of the Assembly Department. - Damaged goods do not meet the quality needs to be overcome and repaired. - Organize a meeting to solve problems with Supervisors, - Responsible to provide inputs / recommendations in his/her fields of expertise with close consultation with the Production Manager. - Monitor the working process in terms of time, working attitude, compliance with company rules & department's safety rules. - Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Production Manager/BOD.

- Interpret parts drawings and assembly drawings. - Solid knowledge of furniture manufacturing techniques. - Good in Management, problem - solving skills. - High responsibility. - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools and applications. - Communication and interpersonal relationship. - Good management skills, problem - solving skills - Good at English communication. - At least 5 years of working experience with the same level. - Sex: Male with Age from 35-50
