Business & Marketing Strategy - Main responsibilities oversee the brand’s online sales and development of an excellent user experience and customer journey online - Responsible for developing an overall marketing strategy, monthly business plan, and competitive growth strategies. - Translate marketing & category plans into a business framework and optimize commercial opportunities Campaign Planning - Lead campaign planning, and strong & holistic execution through partnering with internal teams (Account, E-commerce & Operations) & vendors to align and achieve business goals. Include Digital activities (Digital Ads, Tik Tok KOC/KOL & media corporation) into business strategy as a pillar and generate key learnings for function. - Judge and track media plan and control target achievements post-campaign regularly. Media/ KOL Relations: - Support the Manager and the team to maintain a strategic relationship with the company's network of Media and KOLs/KOCs - Execute media & KOL relations projects Budget Management: - Under the leadership of the Manager – manage external agencies and assigned budgets with a Cost and Value mindset, while ensuring excellent execution, and committed KPIs and ROI with all plans and campaigns.
