We are looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our team in the role of Business Development Staff.
As a Business Development Staff at Nuoa. io, you'll be instrumental in driving sales growth, negotiating contracts, and fostering collaboration across departments. Your role directly contributes to expanding Nuoa io's market presence and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities:
Sales planning, discounting, and forecasting the debt recovery cycle according to assigned targets.
Implement the sales plan: Introduce the company’s services and products to B2B customers, participate in persuasion, negotiation, and discussions to successfully sign contracts.
Carry out post-sales care activities and coordinate project implementation upon requests from the business.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve the company's common goals, including but not limited to:
With the finance and accounting department: Coordinate with monitoring and debt recovery of accounts under one's responsibility.
With the research and policy department: Update market fluctuations, propose research needs and suggest document construction for consulting clients based on the actual process of sales activities and meetings with partners, customers.
With the technology and product department: Summarize and update customer feedback, needs during customer contact, and implement sales tasks and suggest product development.
Develop and implement Business/Operational targets as assigned by the Commercial Director and Board of Directors.
Perform other duties and responsibilities consistent with the role in the Commercial Department as well as Sales Representative of the company to Partners, Customers, Suppliers, Management Agencies, and other employees.
