- In charge of employees’ compensation and benefit / Phụ trách bồi thương và quyền lợi của nhân viên - In charge of performance appraisal process/ Phụ trách quá trình thẩm định hiệu quả công việc. - In charge of employees’ termination/ Phụ trách việc chấm dứt hợp đồng của nhân viên - Personal Income Tax/ Thuế thu nhập cá nhân: - Others/ Những công việc khác: - Update and record the job evaluation for all jobs in company;/ Cập nhật và ghi lại đánh giá công việc cho tất cả các công việc trong công ty - Register for the changes/requirement reports to the Service Labor, Invalid and Social Affairs;/ Đăng ký các báo cáo về thay đổi hoặc yêu cầu từ phòng Lao Động. - Assist all activities related to HR or company events or any requests as assigned./ Hỗ trợ tất cả các hoạt động liên quan đến sự kiện nhân sự, công ty hoặc bất kỳ yêu cầu nào được chỉ định. * Woking place: The Central Thao Dien building, 40A Quoc Huong, Thao Dien, D2, HCMC

* QUALIFICATION - Bachelor's degree in Human resources or related field. - Equivalent work experience 1- 2 years. Fluent in English, both verbal and written. * REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: - Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties - Knowledge of Local Labour and Employment Regulations, compensation & benefits. - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office * DESIRED EXPERIENCE - Problem-solving, analytical, reasoning, motivating, organizational - Good Communication and writing skills - Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees, and third parties that reflects highly on the Company
