* Payroll:
- Control the processing of Teacher data (new hires, changes, additional earnings...);
- Control Teacher timesheet data from Customer Relation Management (CRM) system topayroll and reconcile variances by utilizing tools;
- Check records of teachers’ working hours, and review them for accuracy;
- Control payroll process (calculate, reconcile, prepare for bank transfer, distribute payslip)timely and accurately;
- Lead and assign proper tasks to collaborators (if any) to ensure stable workload andstandard operation.
* Personal Income Tax (PIT)/ SHUI:
- Manage and ensure the process of SHUI, and PIT relating to Teachers to be on time;
- Explain to Teacher issues on Teacher’s policies such as PIT; SHUI, leave days, etc;
- Cooperate with HR Team to process compensations and benefits relating to teacherssigning the labor contract.
* Contract Management:
- Ensure all Teachers sign proper type of contracts, an annex to contract, contractrenewal, and contract termination on time;
- Manage and set up records and personnel files for new employees;
- Maintain employee records on the system and in the personnel file.
* Policies and regulation:
- Review and propose a suitable update to all working procedures, policies, rules, andregulations of TED;
- Manage 24/7 channel effectively;
- Manage team members in cooperating & handling requests and concerns fromemployees;
- Check, monitor, remind and guide Teachers and subordinates (if any) to follow the rulesand regulations;
- Collaborate with team members in maintaining the operation to the right standard;
- Train team members to ensure the stability of the operation of the team;
- Update and make necessary reports.
* Other:
- Manage announcements; update initiatives to teachers on time and effectively;
- Other assigned tasks required by the Line manager.
