- Defining Campaign Goals: Setting clear and measurable objectives for each campaign, such as increasing GMV/Order, boosting brand awareness, or acquiring new buyers.
- Target Audience Identification: Identifying the target audience for each campaign based on demographics, interests, and behaviors.
- Budget Allocation: Allocating the marketing budget effectively across different channels and campaigns.
- Channel Selection: Choosing the most suitable channels for the campaign, such as email marketing, social media, paid advertising, or SEO.
- Creative Development: Collaborating with designers and copywriters to create compelling marketing materials, including ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
- Campaign Launch: Launching campaigns across various channels, ensuring timely execution and accurate targeting.
- Monitoring and Optimization: Tracking campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
- A/B Testing: Conducting A/B tests to optimize campaign elements and improve performance.
- Budget Management: Monitoring campaign budgets and making adjustments as needed to maximize ROI.
- Performance Analysis: Analyzing campaign performance data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
- Reporting: Preparing detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and insights.
