I. JOB BRIEF: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will bear the principal day-to-day responsibility for planning, executing, overseeing, and controlling all financial activities within the fashion retail company. This includes direct oversight of accounting, financial management, budgeting & forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, deal analysis and negotiations, as well as managing investor relationships. Additionally, the CFO will ensure compliance with partnership agreements and play a key role in securing private and institutional financing. II. MAIN TASKS: - Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives. - Analyzes financial statements and prepares reports and recommendations to Top Management and the Board of Directors concerning financial performance. - Directs the Finance Department in developing appropriate borrowing and manages banking relationships, oversees cash management processes to ensure proper cash availability and best practices in cash management. - Play a pivotal role in preparing the company for its Initial Public Offering (IPO) in 2026. - Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards and local regulations. - Implement robust risk management practices to safeguard the financial health of the company and identify/mitigate financial risks. - Optimize cash flow and working capital management to support operational efficiency, evaluating investment opportunities for strategic decision-making. - Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, and collaborate with other department heads on cross-functional initiatives. - Effectively communicate financial performance and strategies to the board, investors, and stakeholders, building strong relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

- Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in the retail industry. - CPA, CFA, MBA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification is highly desirable. - Proven experience in preparing a company for IPO and navigating the IPO process. - Strong knowledge of international accounting standards and regulatory compliance. - Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
