- The Cost Controller is responsible for the storage, inventory and safe keeping of all stock and fixed assets of the Hotel. - They must insure that a physical count of all merchandise held on inventory takes place at the end of business each month. - To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of Cost Control, Store rooms and Receiving and to assist management in keeping the cost of food, beverage and other supplies to the minimum.

- 2-3 years’ experience preferably in luxury sector/brand or hotel/travel industry - Interpersonal skills & good computer skills
