A. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition (70%) • Post job vacancies and screen CVs. • Build relationships and work with external recruitment partners. • Send invitations to interview candidates and draft job offers. • Build good relationships with candidates. • Induction/Orientation training for new employees. • Support and coordinate to organize internal activities, events, year-end parties, travel & annual health checks. • Utilize online recruitment services to attract and source applicants, seek out and manage recruitment agencies; • Manage vacancies and candidate database and generate recruitment related reports; B. Total Rewards (30%) 1. Training and development • Support on the program of training and development 2. Employee and company records • Check and update employee records. • Manage labor contracts and extend them according to regulations. • Monitor and implement the process of salary increase, promotion, discipline, termination of labor contracts, work handover process. • Maintain records on policies, regimes, and personnel records. • Build labor relations, connect with departments. • Carry out reports as requested. C. Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
• Graduated from College or higher, preferably in human resource management / Business management / or related majors • Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources • Master the provisions of the Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS. • Critical thinking, sensitive to changes in the organization. • Organizational and time management skills. • Problem solving skills. • Negotiation and persuasion skills. • Good communication skills, good coordination with company departments. • Ability to work well under high intensity. • Ability to multitask. • English communication skills
