* MISSION STATEMENT: - As the E-commerce Manager, User Growth, the primary mission is to lead and drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. This role is pivotal in achieving the company's eCommerce goals by fostering a strong online presence and optimizing user experiences to sustainable user growth. * ROLES: * User Acquisition Strategy: - Develop and execute robust user acquisition strategies, leveraging SEM, SEO, and paid advertising channels to drive website traffic and expand the user base. - Collaborate with external vendors for the effective execution of SEO initiatives, enhancing organic visibility. * Engagement and Retention Initiatives: - Implement initiatives focused on enhancing user engagement, including personalized content strategies, user-centric experiences, and the introduction of loyalty programs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize user journeys and ensure a seamless online experience. * Performance Marketing Oversight: - Oversee the management of paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, implementing A/B testing and data-driven optimizations. - Effectively allocate and manage budgets to maximize user growth and achieve performance targets. * Analytics and Reporting: - Utilize analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user growth, engagement, and retention. - Generate regular reports, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. * Collaboration with Internal Teams: - Work collaboratively with internal teams, vendor, including content creators and marketing departments, to align user growth strategies with overall marketing goals. - Provide guidance on user-focused performance improvements to enhance overall satisfaction and conversion rates. * KEY RESULT AREAS: - User Acquisition: - Drive increased user acquisition through strategic SEM, SEO, and paid advertising initiatives. - User Engagement and Retention: - Implement strategies to enhance user engagement and retention, fostering a loyal and growing user base (work with CRM/CDP) - Performance Marketing: - Optimize paid advertising campaigns for maximum user growth and effective budget utilization.

- University Degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management, or related fields. - Proven experience in E-commerce with a specific focus on user growth, performance marketing, and SEO. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools. - Up-to-date knowledge of user growth, performance marketing, and SEO best practices and industry trends. - Fluency in English and Vietnamese
