- Update and catch up market trends / competitors and business characteristics of Online / Offline channels to plan appropriate business development and increase customer experience, balance between channels and delegate task for Team members. - Conduct plans to maintain good performance and manage team to push sales - Build up Sales team by training, hiring to achieve best value for company - Coordinate with Marketing team to evaluate efficiency of marketing campaign and regulate marketing budget - Co-operate with other departments for smooth running of sales operation such as inventory management and ordering, new product deployment. - Tracking, Prepare sales report & analysis (result-oriented) by week, month and quarter. - Build strong relationships with e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tiki, Amazon,...) - Plan and implement to develop the brand and image of the Company to increase customer recognition on e-commerce platforms. - Plan and implement sales activities to optimize profit and revenue for Campaign and Daily days. - Development orientation of Ecommerce Team on short term and long term.

- University bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or Finance - At least 2-3 years working experience at the equivalent position, preferable in e-commerce - Understand the characteristics of platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tiki, Amazon, Web,...) and retail store operations - Conservation English is must. - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Have the ability process data/analysis business/ problem by metrics-driven - Experience in planning and team management - Have ability to train and human development - Have creativity, logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
