- To plan, coordinate implement supervise and improve the Health, Safety & Environment (SHE) policy and directives within the hospital to ensure that existing safe and environmentally compliant working conditions for all employees, patients, visitors and contractors - Responsible for formulating and monitoring the various safety features like waste management. Hazardous materials management, fire safety etc in the hospital - Set up and monitoring SHE management program yearly - To promote good health, safety and environmental practices throughout all hospital activities and to ensure that statutory requirements are being upheld throughout the organization - To devise, develop and monitor effective Risk Assessment management strategies and make recommendations on the implementation of these strategies on occupation and facility safety - To provide, or where necessary source, training for staff in relation to Health, Safety and Environment policies, practice and procedures. - To consult with other managers and other line managers and give appropriate advice on formulating best-practice policies and procedures. - Coordinated and well relationship with governmental and all external and internal stake holders on SHE inspection - Prepare and submit all relevant reports to the government authorities related to SHE - Orient sustainable development towards making it a green hospital - Attending needful training and seminar course assigned by the hospital HRD-TEM-233-2014 - Attending various Internal committee assigned by the hospital
