EXPORT SALES TEAM LEADER - FURNITURE INDUSTRY CÔNG TY CP TMDV ĐẤT MỚI (ALC CORP)

- Business development, find output, make good relationship with customers. - Cooperate with PRT for AU and product structure, quantity of modules for accurate quotation. Check Tcode MB52 for hardware and material in stock for quote - Cooperate with PCT, AWD, PL1, ALS, WMD for all issues related to vendors/ suppliers, payment from customers, cargo delivery, warehouse and stock, material and hardware….for export projects. - Cooperate with QMD to ensure about the quality of the products as per the requirements of customers - Supervise, monitor and urge the team tasks, update the market trend, market share and competitors. - Follow the schedule and work with other departments to make sure matching the deadline committed with customers - Manage subordinate staff of Team - Train new staffs with necessary skills when working and procedure - Strictly follow the rules and regulations of the company such as about uniforms, employees image. Also, we always maintain professional behavior once working with customers such as fully preparing catalogs, company capacity records, quotes - Report to the Board of Directors weekly, monthly based on the existing projects. - Perform other tasks as superiors assigned.
