- Driving performance: has the responsibility to meet/exceed sales target for assigned products within the allocated territory through achievement of related quantitative/ qualitative field force KPIs - Search for potential customers, approach & build relationships with new customers, promote and expand business activities of animal feed additive products - Actively plan to visit and approach customers regularly, update market situation, prices, market trends, change of competitors and carry out domestic and foreign affairs, in order to build and Promote relationships with customers to achieve set goals. -Report monthly working results and fund items; Analyze reports, offer solutions to improve processes, improve work efficiency. - Coordinate customer complaint resolution; Provide constructive resolution to all relevant customer complaints. + Strategic planning and development of feed additive sales in line with company’s business plan and Sales Director’s instruction + Good relationship with customers and identify competitive advantages to build a strong pipeline of opportunities in the feed additive segment + Actively develop new customers and introduce new products to existing customers + Achieve annual financial targets set by company + Responsible for all sales activities in Vietnam + Work closely with other departments and colleagues to gain supports
