- Ensure that compliance and accounting principles are well applied for managing the accounts. - Ensure compliance with statutory authority and audit requirements, ensuring taxation and legislative requirements for business compliance are always maintained - Manage the accounting software and ensure all accounting staff are properly trained in the use of accounting software and understand the internal - Make proposals regarding the legal compliance situation of the company in relation to taxation, business registration, personal taxation of employees. - Ensure the IT/ERP software is applied, updated and that project budget and timesheets are properly filled, in liaison with the operation teams and IT development team in VN. - Ensure the budget and forecast is generated, updated, and presented to Director and management. - Establish, implement, and track cost accounting for project-based work within the organization, and undertake appropriate analysis to identify early warnings for non-profitable projects; highlight appropriate selling margins; track overall financial performance of project work - Ensure forecasted revenue and monthly P&L is reliable and measurable. Ensure that all the risks are under control and identified on a monthly basis. Focusing on risk anticipation. Analyze the effectiveness of each department. Monthly report will be sent to PM's/Directors for their own control - Produce a Monthly financial report with relevant analysis and explanation on variances. - Group finance controlling - Other tasks as assigned by Regional Finance Director/Regional Managing Director. * Authorities - Review reports produced by accounting and finance teams, to critically analyze figures and question inconsistencies.

- Degree qualified in Finance or Accounting. - A minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role within a multinational organization. - Excellent analytical skills with a high-level attention to detail to review and critically analyze reporting and identify/correct discrepancies. - Excellent strategic abilities with the ability to review accounting and financial reporting and make recommendations to the Directors of the organization regarding the financial position of the organization/ office/ project. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to be hands-on in training staff on business accounting principles. - Excellent working knowledge of business accounting principles and business compliance. - Previous experience in managing a small financial team, demonstrating leadership expertise and the ability to train others to follow accounting principles, and to implement continuous improvement strategies to increase accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting and auditing. - Excellent English language skills are a pre-requisite for this position. - Good knowledge of accounting software applications.
