- Responsible for designing, managing and developing the company's design products - Ensure consistency in design across all the online channel - Design advertising publications on digital marketing channels (website, facebook, youtube…) such as flash banner, popup, email template, website/app interface, etc. - Design printed publications (brochures, posters, etc.), items used in holidays and events (backdrop, invitation, standee, billboard, etc.) - Brainstorming with team to develop innovative creative initiatives - Design and manage the company's brand identity system - Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule - Prioritize and manage multiple projects according to design characteristics and in line with business strategy - Coordinate with sales and marketing staff to carry out communication and business strategies of the department.
