1. Recruitment:
- Deliver full recruitment services including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and employee offers, onboarding, exit interview;
- Build strong relationships with local organizations, recruitment agencies, education organizations;
- Continuously reviewing and building an effective recruitment process, overseeing our full-cycle recruiting;
- Continuously review and build up recruitment channels.
2. C&B:
- Responsible for payroll, compensation and benefits for all employees in a timely and accurate manner;
- Coordinate and follow up on SI, HI, UI, PIT;
- Prepare required documents, and payments for resigned employees;
- Build up the budget, benefits, policies that align with the company situation.
3. Policy process:
- Repair, update, upgrade company policy process;
- Follow up on the implementation of the processes of the departments.
4. Training, People Development & Engagement:
- Conduct Orientation for new employees;
- Work with other Department head to identify performance gaps and implement training solutions to maximize performance;
- Building a work culture.
- Manage employee appraisal process.
5. Administration & house-keeping:
- Supervise Human Resources executive, housekeeping staff.
