- Manage the full recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing to ensure business needs across the Operations are met in a timely and consistent manner.
- Develop annual recruitment budget, ensure control of human resources when receiving recruitment requests, and carry out recruitment work promptly to ensure resource planning of departments.
- Execute employment branding initiatives on social media channels
- Build strong relationships with employees from diverse backgrounds, effectively addressing cultural differences and promoting inclusivity.
- Monitor employee turnover rates and develop strategies to address retention challenges
- Organize engagement activities for in-charge teams (Outing trip, Year-end party, other events...)
- Ensure processes of KPI setting and appraisal for in-charged Department Facilitate performance calibration if needed
- Analyze job descriptions with a focus on key positions for proper consulting to line managers about career development, remuneration, and others.
- Performs other ad hoc & related duties as assigned.
