- Employer branding.
- Corporate culture.
- Recruitment databases, candidates, talent.
- Implementation of social insurance, health insurance and accident insurance regimes with employees.
2. Organize and implement:
- Communication of policies, regulations, processes, notifications in the Company.
- Cumulation, transfer, planning, promotion of personnel development, appointment, dismissal, layoff of personnel.
- Emulation, reward, welfare, discipline.
- The recruitment of personnel according to the plan and meet the needs of human resources of the Company.
- Evaluation of the working results, employees’capacity.
3. Supervise:
- Compliance with the Company's Rules, Regulations and Policies.
- The development of internal training roadmaps and E-learning training systems.
- The implementation of labor contracts, monitor the regime with employees.
- The performance of timekeeping, permits, payroll, bonuses and other benefits following the Company's regulation.
