Job Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Management:
- Lead and execute recruitment efforts for various positions based on the company’s business needs, ensuring a fast and efficient hiring process.
- Work closely with business departments to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies and plans to optimize hiring processes.
- Continuously optimize recruitment channels and enhance recruitment efficiency, while maintaining and expanding the company’s talent pool.
- Stay updated on industry talent trends and adjust recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
2. Employee Relations Management:
- Support day-to-day employee relations management, ensuring that employee concerns and issues are addressed promptly.
- Assist in resolving employee inquiries and complaints, maintaining a positive and harmonious work atmosphere.
- Regularly track employee satisfaction, assist in organizing relevant activities to improve employee engagement and foster a sense of belonging.
3. Organizational Optimization and Development:
- Assist in optimizing the organizational structure based on the company’s growth and needs, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Provide support during organizational changes, helping to solve practical challenges and improve team effectiveness.
- Participate in internal promotions and job rotations, ensuring fairness and transparency in talent movement.
4. Talent Development Support:
- Offer suggestions and support for talent development based on departmental needs and assist in organizing role-specific training.
- Collaborate with departmental management to help define employee career development plans and support their growth.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track recruitment metrics and employee turnover, providing related analysis reports to support management decision-making.
- Regularly assess recruitment outcomes and employee satisfaction, refining recruitment and employee relations strategies as needed.
