- Responsible for the whole recruitment process, including identifying recruitment needs with departments, job advertising & sourcing candidates, interviewing & selecting, conducting reference check, offering to the induction for newcomers. - Responsible for providing services to expats including entry procedure, work permit, residence visa/card,… - Responsible for daily C&B operations from onboarding to offboarding process, including data management, employee profile & contract management, leave management, payroll process (net & gross salary), personal income tax, social and healthcare insurance,… for both local & expatriate employees to ensure accuracy, compliance with the law and company policy, process following and timeline commitment. - Complete HR reports according to the law/government & related departments’ requirements. - Advise employees and board of directors on employment regulations, benefits and compensation policies, personnel procedures, classification programs, reward, and discipline. - Organize healthcare programs for employees such as personal & health insurance and annual health check. - Responsible for planning and implementing engagement activities/ employee care programs and employer branding activities. - Implement training & development plan with approved budget to enhance knowledge, skills, abilities & competencies of workforce to meet organization’ business needs as well as necessary practicing licenses. - Responsible for HR information, system & report management if required. - Assist department head in other HR projects and administration tasks as required.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law or related fields. - At least 3 years of experience in similar role. - Intermediate communication, presentation, analytical and organizational skills. - Intermediate time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and to tight timeframes. - Willing to learn and work attitude for further development in organization. - Good at using Microsoft office. - Good at English both verbal and written.
