- Collaborate with JC/GC to plan Account meetings for mining TB opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and ensure excellent service. - Stay proactive to changing customer expectations, manage key stakeholders, and partner with internal teams for seamless transactions. - Assist Relationship Managers in promoting and providing expertise on Transaction Banking products. - Work closely with customers to gather information for detailed analyses, partner with various departments, and resolve incidents collaboratively. - Support the Regional Transaction Banking team, provide training, and develop presentation materials. - Assist in structuring deals, implementing products, and contributing to deal proposals while ensuring compliance. - Maintain accurate customer data, stay updated on industry trends, and support team members in succession planning. - Align with company policies and contribute to departmental initiatives for business growth. * Working location: The Landmark, 5B Ton Duc Thang Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
