1. Field Operations & Crop Area Monitoring (Key Focus)
- Conduct field visits to rice-growing areas, trial stations, and distributors at least 3 days per week or as assigned by the direct supervisor to closely monitor seasonal conditions.
- Proactively travel using personal or public transportation.
- Directly inspect fields, assess crop growth conditions (soil and water quality), and promptly detect, diagnose, and propose timely solutions for pests and diseases.
- Implement and guide farmers and local distributors on the Company’s established technical procedures and cultivation processes (fertilization, water management, pest control, etc.) to optimize crop yield and quality.
- Monitor pest conditions, plant nutrition, and cultivation factors; propose appropriate solutions in line with the Company’s technical guidelines.
- Carry out demonstration models (demos) in fields/gardens to guide farmers in applying the Company’s organic microbial fertilizers.
- Advise and support farmers in applying cultivation processes to improve product efficiency.
- Work directly with farmers and local distributors to expand cultivation areas and develop the market.
2. Reporting & Field Documentation
- Maintain a “field diary” and collect trial data accurately and honestly.
- Record actual conditions in cultivation areas and prepare periodic reports on crop growth, pest/disease status, and model effectiveness to improve products and processes.
- Take photos and videos documenting crop conditions and pest/disease situations; use the Timemark tool for documentation.
- Complete and submit reports on the same day after each field trip, covering seasonal progress, pest developments, and product effectiveness for timely updates to management.
- Provide weekly reports on plans, work progress, and recommendations for cultivation area development.
3. Other Professional Tasks
- Support the compilation of fertilizer product information, evaluate real-world effectiveness, and research suitable formulations for each growth stage of rice based on field feedback.
- Coordinate with the sales team to develop technical content for materials, videos, and farmer workshops; support distributor network development in assigned areas.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.

1. Công tác thực địa & theo dõi vùng trồng (trọng tâm)
- Thực hiện đi thực địa tại các vùng trồng lúa, trạm khảo nghiệm và đại lý tối thiểu 3 ngày/tuần hoặc theo phân công của quản lý nhằm bám sát tình hình mùa vụ.
- Chủ động phương tiện di chuyển (cá nhân hoặc công cộng).
- Trực tiếp thăm đồng, đánh giá sinh trưởng cây trồng, chất lượng đất và nước; kịp thời phát hiện, chẩn đoán và đề xuất giải pháp xử lý sâu bệnh.
- Hướng dẫn nông dân và đại lý áp dụng quy trình canh tác của Công ty (bón phân, quản lý nước, phòng trừ sâu bệnh…) để tối ưu năng suất và chất lượng.
- Theo dõi tình hình sâu bệnh, dinh dưỡng và điều kiện canh tác; đề xuất giải pháp phù hợp theo quy trình kỹ thuật.
- Triển khai mô hình trình diễn (demo) tại ruộng/vườn, hướng dẫn sử dụng phân bón hữu cơ vi sinh của Công ty.
- Tư vấn, hỗ trợ nông dân nâng cao hiệu quả canh tác và sử dụng sản phẩm.
- Làm việc trực tiếp với nông dân và đại lý địa phương, góp phần mở rộng vùng trồng và phát triển thị trường.
2. Báo cáo & ghi nhận hiện trường
- Ghi chép nhật ký đồng ruộng, thu thập số liệu khảo nghiệm chính xác, trung thực.
- Tổng hợp tình hình thực tế, lập báo cáo định kỳ về sinh trưởng cây trồng, dịch bệnh và hiệu quả mô hình.
- Chụp ảnh, quay video hiện trạng; sử dụng công cụ Timemark để lưu trữ dữ liệu.
- Hoàn thành báo cáo ngay sau mỗi chuyến đi thực địa, cập nhật tiến độ mùa vụ, diễn biến dịch bệnh và hiệu quả sản phẩm.
- Báo cáo kế hoạch, tiến độ công việc định kỳ và đề xuất phát triển vùng trồng theo tuần.
3. Công việc chuyên môn khác
- Tổng hợp thông tin sản phẩm, đánh giá hiệu quả sử dụng và đề xuất công thức phù hợp theo từng giai đoạn sinh trưởng của cây lúa.
- Phối hợp với bộ phận kinh doanh xây dựng nội dung kỹ thuật (tài liệu, video, hội thảo) và phát triển hệ thống đại lý.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của quản lý.

- Salary: 12,000,000 – 16,000,000 VND (negotiable based on qualifications and experience)

- Thu nhập: 12 – 16 triệu VNĐ (thỏa thuận theo năng lực).

- Male candidates preferred; experience in fertilizers, agriculture, or crop area development is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Plant Protection, Crop Science, Agriculture (priority given to graduates from University of Agriculture and Forestry).
- At least 2–3 years of practical experience in rice fields or cultivation areas.
- Good health and willingness to travel frequently to provinces for field trials.
- Strong observation skills and ability to quickly detect field issues; passion for the profession.
- Good communication skills and ability to work directly with farmers.
- Proactive, with strong field observation and monitoring ability.
- Ability to synthesize data and write clear, structured reports.
- Passion for agriculture, willingness to take on challenges, strong connection with farmers, and an innovative mindset in cultivation.

- Ưu tiên nam, có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực nông nghiệp, phân bón hoặc phát triển vùng trồng.
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Nông học, Bảo vệ thực vật, Khoa học cây trồng hoặc liên quan.
- Có 2–3 năm kinh nghiệm thực tế tại ruộng hoặc vùng trồng.
- Sức khỏe tốt, sẵn sàng đi công tác thường xuyên.
- Kỹ năng quan sát tốt, nhạy bén trong phát hiện vấn đề ngoài đồng ruộng.
- Giao tiếp tốt, làm việc trực tiếp với nông dân.
- Chủ động, có trách nhiệm, theo sát tình hình thực tế.
- Có khả năng tổng hợp số liệu, viết báo cáo rõ ràng.
- Đam mê nông nghiệp, chịu khó và có tư duy cải tiến.
