- Lead (Presentation) of Gate Review of any new developments - Work with designer on line drawing to get approval. - Manage Plan & sample team to get sample / prototype done on time. - Manage tech. pack ( BOM / Costing / Production drawing ,, ) - Manage Plan & production team to produce & delivery lighting components on time. - Setting up lighting production lines & improvement. - Make sure lighting products following compliance (UL/ CE / UK,,,)
