- Fully accountable for the overall performance of the Machining Division which includes Planning, Operational Control and decision making. - Be in charge of production activities of Machining department to achieve targets and goals set by the Production Manager/ BOD. - Following & control the monthly/weekly production /shipment plan. - Monitor the stock level of raw materials and consumables. - Responsible for the set-up of the Department and to establish relevant working standards, Standard and Operating Procedures. - Set up the routine & monitor for raw materials consumption standards In-charge for the inspection of any scrap for disposal, no raw material scrap must be disposed of until 100% sure that cannot be recycled / used anymore. - Responsible for the department Manpower Planning & Overtime Control. - Responsible for the smooth management (day to day) of the Machining Department. - Provide inputs / recommendations in his/her fields of expertise with close consultation with the Production Manager. - Manage lumber utilization to achieve the highest yield possible in accordance with the weekly cutting schedules. - Responsible for the Health and Safety of the Department, maintain 5S. - Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Production Manager/BOD.

- Excellent knowledge of operating all types of machines in the Machining department. - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools and applications. - Communication and interpersonal relationship. - Commitment to satisfy customer expectations. - Evaluates performance and provides timely feedback. - Good management skills, problem - solving skills. - High responsibility. - Good at English communication. - At least 5 years of working experience with the same level. - Age from 35-50
