- Conduct market research to analyze consumer behaviors, market trends.
- Frequently review the competitive landscape and recommend improvement of the marketing mix.
- Be responsible for the creation, conceptualization, and presentation of all communication activities, customer engagement initiatives and other creative marketing programs (promotional campaigns, customer retention programs, events, competitions, CSR activities, etc.) relevant to the achievement of organizational objectives across all marketing channels (websites, social media pages, emails, etc.)
- Work cohesively with team members and other operational teams to create compelling periodic and non-periodic online and offline marketing contents including texts (emails, newsletters, SNS post, etc.), images, videos, etc. to grow the company’s footprint.
- Work with other team members and departments to coordinate, build, cultivate and maintain relationships with customers, communities, industry professionals and business partners to drive cross promotional activities and gain access to new, untapped customer segments.
- Organize and partake in all event planning and execution including working with other team members, vendors, service providers, etc. to boost brand awareness and provide add-on services to students, customers and business partners.
- Collect, track, and analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements based on the insights gathered.
- Liaise with other operational departments to identify clients’ needs, drive demand, keep products and services up to date, recognize on-going and potential core issues and opportunities.
- Undertake other tasks as assigned.
