Marketing Team Leader - ( FURNITURE AND LOGISTICS ) CÔNG TY CP TMDV ĐẤT MỚI (ALC CORP)

- Make an annual marketing plan according to the company strategy - Responsible for brand performance and competitive position in the market including market share, volume and value products, the price. - Responsible for brand's aspects including brand image, marketing materials, products visibility, and layout in all of the showroom - Responsible to build and lead the marketing's activities - Propose and be responsible for marketing campaigns to ensure business strategy. - Accountable for portfolio with innovation plan to full fill the customer's needed - Supervise all of the marketing activities. - Monitor product quality performance - Work closely with the business section, technical services team, project team and relative department thought in aligned development orientation - Connect with the major association on behalf of ALC - Perform others tasks as direct supervise

- Literacy: Bachelor degree or upper - Majors: Marketing, Economics, Foreign Trade,... - Foreign language (level): Good at 4 skills - Office computer: good - Experience: Over 3 years, having experiences in Marketing agency, furniture marketing strategy. - Key Skills: Skill of solving problems, leadership skill, time management skill, negotiation skill, persuative skill, … - Other requirements - Be able to work under high pressure - Good communication and presentation skills in Vietnamese & English.
