MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

- Manage the day-to-day activities of the programmer of projects, and be the on- site key point of contact for key stakeholders and/or the Client. - Manage and Monitor construction works, program and accomplishment. - Oversee coordination between contractors. (Approval of hashtag #RFI, hashtag #RFA, submittals, drawings, samples and mock-ups) - Write proposals for quality documents such as hashtag #ITR / hashtag #FAT / hashtag #SAT - Carry out quality inspection work - Fill in/make relevant quality inspection records or reports OC & NCR document sorting and reply - Provide quality documents for weekly and monthly meetings and attend meetings together - Attend relevant quality discussions & audit meetings of owners/partners - Coach/compile quality documents submitted by collaborators - Be the client’s representative with primary responsibility for all project phases - Monitor the day-to-day activities in the field, managing the flow of information, and reporting and tracking issues arising from progress, quality and safety - Oversee due diligence and contractor works while monitoring cost, schedule, and scope throughout the project lifecycle
