MEP Team Leader DIGI-TEXX VIETNAM

- Managing MEP works and be responsible for the coordination and management of all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in projects (Design to IFC stage). - Representing the company to Client, during technical meetings. - Coordinating across multidisciplinary teams. - Communicating ideas and input within Design teams. - Planning projects and time management. - Value Engineering.

- Degree qualified in MEP Engineering. - Be a licensed MEP Engineer, or possess at least equivalent Chartered or Registered Engineering accreditation and membership from a Professional Engineering Institution. - 2+ years' experience within multidisciplinary Buildings MEP Design team management. - Background experience in a Lead Design Engineer Role. - Experience working on GCC Projects is preferred. - Sound knowledge of various codes and standards (Knowledge of Saudi Building Code is preferred) - Design experience in various types of buildings. - Aptitude to lead and direct - Excellent technical knowledge of MEP and building services design principles. - Experience of working on Design & Build projects. - Strong communication skills. - In-depth knowledge of Change Control. - Computer skills including BIM. - Ability to work under pressure.
