- Able to implement KPI - Analyst past sales figures/trends in order to forecast sale targets in the future. - Corporate with Principal in Buying Process, Shipments Arrival, Data Transferring, Pricing and another Merchandise guideline. - Monitor Gap in Inventory Process, then improve the speed of New Arrival Launching, Replenishment and Pullback. - Liaise with Logistic team to align Inventory Schedule Weekly/High-traffic Occasions, monitor the efficient of stock delivery - Liaise with Operation, Visual Merchandise, MKT, Finance team to achieve Brand KPIs of Gross Margin, Profit Dilution, aging Stock, - Understand the work requirements of Operations team & Merchandise team to coordinating the development of sales, the development of brands. - Another tasks that required by Group Brand Manager/Operation Manager.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Preferably 02 years’ experience in merchandising/ inventory/ planning or related fields. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficient in Excel. - Analytical with a head for numbers and attention to detail. - Business savvy with excellent planning and organization skills to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. - Interest in Fashion.
