Function Duties and responsibilities 1. Merchandising Policy - Implement 3C Analysis (company, competitor, customer) to develop suitable merchandising policy for Company - Adjust, update timely policies for merchandise, suitable prices by category and update suitable policies in coordination with suppliers - Build and propose promotion appropriate with each stage and business results of Company - Establish targeted sales, gross profit of goods traded - Propose plans and regulations related to the display of goods at stores 2.Planning Seasonal Promotion -Make plan for 52 weeks promotion - Monitor actual sales performance to plan and communicate as appropriate & manage abnormal demand - Manage Promotion Meeting 3. Product Development - Develop proper products technical specifications - Discuss designs with manufacturers for custom ordering 4. Compliance - Keep transparent and trustful transactions with partners - Monitor, ensure that all necessary documents are fully checked during transactions with suppliers - Have deep understanding of branding effect of each product being traded 4. Supplier Management - Manage and closely review the contents and documents with suppliers to ensure the benefits of both parties in accordance with regulations throughout the business cooperation process 5. Other tasks - Participate in proposing to improve the layout of new stores - Coordinate with other Departments to handle and operate work smoothly - Manage and lead all staff of Purchasing Department

1. Qualification - University degree in related field 2. Experience - Experience from 5 years in retail industry, at least 2 year experience in Merchandising Manager or similar role. - Proven experience in Non-food Category 3. Skills - Expertise in product development. - Proficiency in both written and spoken English (Work directly with foreign Manager). - Creative and logical thinking, have good sense of decoration - Good at coordinating and communication. - Ability to understand customer and market dynamics. - Problem-solving skill, communication skill, negotiation skill - Computer literacy in MS Office and related software.
