- To contribute toward the effectiveness of the business by ensuring the smooth running of Goods Receiving due to MM Mega Market principle and objective MM Mega Market. - To ensure the responsible departments decorate and maintenance the store well with the minimum cost. - All must be achieved in accordance with relevant SOPs and other working instructions. - Training, develop and increase employees working spirits. * ROLES - Help store to achieve its targets for stock control, shrinkage, etc by implementing the highest standards of daily basic management. - Execute HO strategies in a timely manner. - Develop staff skills by on the job coaching and implement succession planning within your departments. * KEY RESULT AREA - Be responsible for the Goods Receiving process ensuring the following: - Deploy and manage closely deliver and receive goods procedure. - All the Goods receiving SOP is in place and complied with. - Assure goods receiving and delivering are enough quantities and quality - Spot check the GR process and giving coaching/ training where necessary. - Spot check that there is correct storage and handling of goods in GR, especially with respect to the Cold chain and HACCP. - Manage goods in store tight, neat and safe. - Ensure that all security and health and safety aspects of GR are enforced. - Ensure that GR is orderly and clean and meets MM Mega Market’s hygiene requirements are stipulated in the SOPs - Manage employees well; make sure they work with full pressure - Training and enhance working skills. Training human resource for replacement in time management. - Propose effective ideas to develop division, improve working result. - Predict risks may lead to lost goods, food poison to upper manager and security department in order to have timely decisions. - Make sure all equipments are in good condition; assure in using equipment, stationery efficiently with lowest cost - Ensure cooperation between GR and sales department with regards to the receiving of stock and the moving of stock from the GR area to the sales floors. - Support others department. - Help the store to save cost and keep a commercial appearance by controlling the activities of the store maintenance and decoration in the following ways: - Ensure that all assets are recorded and properly maintained. - Check in detail the maintenance and quality of the store and that small repairs are carried out timely - Ensure that equipment is well maintained and serviced so that it can outlive the life of its depreciation - Spot check that signage and decoration is produced timely, is up to date and is well maintained - Ensure that HO instructions relating to store decoration and maintenance is executed - Coach DM to continuously search for ways to save cost with regards to the operation and running of the store.
