- Corporate with SMM to market /sell in assigned geographical and market segment territories to maximize revenue - Promote and sell on calls, mail, contacts, and site inspection - Control day to day activities of TA/TO/Corp segment - Discuss with SMM and outline reasons for the decision - Elaborate strategies for TA/TO/Corp segment - Create and update the pricing matrix for TA/TO/Corp - Manage assigned segment, ensure the highest level of occupancy at all times and make suggestions to regarding opening and the closing dates to SMM - Take care, develop current accounts for the hotel. - Look for new sources through personal of sales calls. - Promote hotels facilities and activities through hotel inspection and entertainment of clients in the hotel - Make any proposal likely to improve Sales and Marketing strategic for TA/TO/Corp segment - Propose annual contract rate and promotion for TA/TO/Corp segment and send quotation - Manage and update the allotment with TA/TO/Corp - Finalize the group/ series upon the cut off date - Follow up market segment and competitors to report, make plan to keep clients and increase revenue - Keep good relationship with TA/TO/Corp to update the hotel services. - Collect the feedback from TA/TO/Corp, enhance the hotel ranking on these channels as well as Tripadvisor (including handle the feedback) - Submit weekly/ monthly/quarterly/yearly report to SMM
