- Manage Occupational Safety and Health activities. - Implement regulations in Occupational Safety and Health law and guide documents under law of Government and relevant ministries. - Consult, inspect, supervise Occupational Safety and Health activities in stores and Head Office. - Build up relevant Occupational Safety and Health regulations of internal company. * ROLE: * Strategic Management Tasks - Development, monitoring, inspection and implementation of OSH management according to OSH law legislation and MM Mega Market procedures; securing that policies and procedures are in place and enforce./ - Responsible for the organization of safety & health management. * Key & Admin Activities - Build up rules, regulations , procedures and inspect the implement of OSH measures, fire and explosion prevention. - Manage, follow the register, technical inspection of OSH (machine, equipment and materials with strict requirements for occupational safety included in the list issued by the Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs; - Organize, implement OSH activities : communications and propagation in OSH regulations ( Government, Company...) in company scope. - Co-operate with local authorities and company’ department to organize to OSH training for employees. - Organize inspection and conclusion when accident happen at workplace according to legal rules. - Follow, inspect OSH in stores to organize self-inspection in OSH per quarter and regularly at least once six months - Cooperate with other relevant departments to inspect the working environment, monitor occupational injuries/accidents, propose to the employee measures to manage and take healthcare for employees. - Propose solutions to improve OSH pending issues . * Team Management & Development - Build up, lead and coach and work with a team. - Identify the necessary skill required to OSH demands. - Set and communicate performance targets for the staff to ensure alignment of the individual’s objectives to the corporate objectives

- University degree or above - Knowledge about OSH - Understanding the company's production activities - Ability to work and communicate with the team - Proficiency in using computers and Word, Excel Power point programs ... - Ability to communicate well with colleagues and partners. - Close contact with local/national authorities is a plus - Experience in retail’s OSH training and inspection.
