- Organize, design layout and arrange the office in neat, reasonable and good decor. - Build and manage data on the assets of the facilities throughout the company system - Control, supervise and use assets and expenses in accordance with the company's regulations. Ensure that assets are controlled and used appropriately. - Develop regulations and policies on asset and facilities management including the list of assets, equipment, plan and work of maintenance, repair and operation of company assets - Develop a working process for coordination between the asset management department, the operation manager at the facility and related departments (Compliance, Finance and Accounting, etc.) - Contact local agencies to coordinate inspection of equipment, fire drills as well as security and order protection when necessary. - Coordinate with related Departments to carry out periodic asset inventory/service quality assessments. - Develop standards and processes in asset tracking statistics, guide the establishment of asset management, asset liquidation process and periodic asset reports. - Advising in the management of technical conditions, quality, maintenance, asset maintenance, and asset safety protection. - Coordinate with Building Representatives, and service suppliers (water, electricity, hygiene, telephone,.) to ensure smooth operation - Perform other duties as requested by the Head of Office Management
