- Support the Sales Effectiveness project in building scalable mechanisms to develop and execute initiatives and tools that help the sales team execute; - Customer success initiatives: Choose the Right Customer to serve, and understand their Pain Points, based on Japfa’s Unique competitive advantages and excellent sales capability to resolve their unmet needs to meet and exceed the end-consumer requirement. Area to focus: Customer behavior, marketing optimization, digital transformation; - Sales capability building initiatives: Improve sales employee capability and productivity, scale standardized sales processes and framework faster, understand and serve customers better, and accelerate their sales growth: sales activity planning, sales training and coaching, performance management, design and running a proper process-based operation throughout field sales and retail sales force and sales supporting functional teams; - Follow up daily execution of the in-charged projects: Partner with functional teams and stakeholders. to keep up with desired progress and deliver the expected quality; - Support business leaders and project leaders in analyzing the business operation performance, analyzing sales growth and business trends, reviewing and identifying actionable opportunities to optimize the sales process; - Conduct periodical reports to superior on activity progress, support project leaders and sales leaders closely monitor sales and marketing performance and create alerts when there are any issues or risks.
