* Sourcing and Supplier Management: - Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and other relevant factors. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady and reliable flow of goods and services. - Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns promptly. * Procurment planning - Perform import purchasing operations: Search for partners - suppliers, compare factors (price, delivery time, quality...) and propose options to the management board. - Analyze, compare costs, quality and negotiate with suppliers. - Drafting purchase contracts and placing orders with suppliers. - Track shipments and coordinate with parties to resolve related issues. - Prepare price lists, market price statistics and update management when there are changes. - Plan purchases, track POs and delivery progress. - Handle internal complaints, contact suppliers for resolution. - Monthly expense and PO reports. - Prepare reports when required
