- Carrying out analysis of sales channels, market access, pricing structure, and competition analysis. - Develop and implement business plan, sales promotions, and marketing strategy as well as related activities. - Initiating and executing marketing activities including event & and sponsorship, promotion, premium, POSM, PG, online campaigns, digital marketing, and e-commerce ... to drive brand reputation and sales to meet the target. - Controlling the marketing budget aligned with the marketing plan - Collaborate with Sales Manager to drive business to achieve sales target - Update product knowledge and information to customers via drugstore seminars, product presentations, or group meetings with pharmacists and druggists. - Conduct product training for Sales Representatives/ Medical Representatives to deliver the correct message - Supervise, coach, and train soft skills to internal teams and conduct training from the principal. - Interacts with all customer groups to make market observations, and identify potential insights and market access to develop new products - Participates in the resolution of any legal liability and complying with governmental - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives. - Lead new product development and launch plan. - Work closely together with sales, trade marketing, telesales, consultants, and brand activations department to optimize the total performance of marketing activities for the assigned products.
