Project Coordinator Support (Chinese) CÔNG TY TNHH TÜV RHEINLAND VIỆT NAM

- Overall processing of the order: quotation, order creation, handover, follow up and payment; - Calculating the quotation prices, tracking quotation; - Acting as main contact person for customer during quotation phase and project handling; - Responding clients complaints and inquiries/ cooperate with technical colleagues in handling incoming inquiries, or with QMR to handle complaint from clients; - Scheduling of technical and human resources: working closely together with related experts (testing team, technical certifiers/ certifiers and team member (test assignment team, report team, technical certification team); - Testing plan, specification, bill of material, test list, sample list, report are met customer expectation and Company regulation, QM document related; - Matching order to relevant incoming test samples (if needed); - Reporting business activities to respective manager periodically; - Crossing business line coordination (handling internal/ external sub-contract); - Carrying out duties and functions in a professional, effective and efficient manner to meet customer needs and assist in gaining new customers and retaining existing customers; - Carrying out other specified duties and functions as directed by supervisor.

- Experience in the role of B2B customer services or project management, services providing; - Experience in related technical field (chemical or physical testing); - Good command of spoken, written in Chinese and English (writing & reading). - Assertiveness and interpersonal integration skills; - Persuasive presentation and communication skills; - Good time management, planning and organizing skills; - Effective working within a team – team spirit; - Responsible and can-do working attitude, ability to motivate people; - Calmness under pressure, decision-making ability.
