Coordinate internal source and third parties /vendor for the flawless execution of projects, Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stake holders and ensuring technical feasibility Develops detailed work breakdown schedules, project estimates and resource plans to monitor and track progress Oversea the cross functional project teams executing Manage all changes of project scope, project schedule, and project cost Measure project performance using appropriated tools and techniques such as Jira, Git,. Directly coordinate tge development of request for information, working with appropriate stakeholders to provide inputs Coordinate cross-functional meetings with various functional stake holders to meet overall expectation of Client and company’s objectives Having meeting with PO/Clients to clarify specific requirements of each project and acting as communication line between PO/Client and development team Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Civil/Infrastructure Engineering, Information & Technology, or related field; Non-degree level qualifications will be considered if software knowledge and experience is demonstrated Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Having experience on BIM and its standards Experience in using 2D/3D drafting, using applications such as Allplan, AutoCad, Revit and/or Tekla Solid organization skills including attention to detail and multitask skills Strong leadership skill Excellence in Negotiation Cost Control Technical and Analytical skills Strong problem-solving skills Structured working manor, good analytical skills, and attention to detail Excellent communication skill Ability to define, organize and prioritize tasks independently Fluence English speaking and presentation (writing)
