MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

- Coordinating All Monthly KPI from each site to be reported to BU Manager timely and support each branches to standardize all KPI and its implementation - Managing Quality Assurance for HCM Branch (Laboratory & Inspection) and working closely with Laboratory and Operation Manager to ensure the implementation of QA Activities - Drafting, & Implementing all QA policies and procedures and collect and compile all statistical quality data to ensure all KPI are achieved - Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities, - Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions - Working with Sales and Customer Care Team to prepare the Customer Satisfaction Survey, compile the result and provide the report to BU Manager - Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards - Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by internal/external providers - Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions. - Monitor risk management activities - Responsible for document management systems - Assure ongoing compliance with quality regulatory requirement - Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards - Support the Section Managers and Division Manager with other duties as directed by the Section Managers and Lab Division Manager
