Kiểm tra màu tổng thể có giống với mẫu đã duyệt hay không - Check the color if it matches the approved color panel or not Kiểm tra quy trình các bước làm màu (quy trình dán sau tấm mẫu và theo bảng mẩu) bước) - Check the finishing process and color steps (finishing process normally at the back of each panels and color panels) Kiểm tra các lổi khác về màu (chớn màu , đốm màu , sọc nhám, sọc màu,…) trên sản phẩm - Check other defects related to the color (bleeding, spotting, rough stripe, color stripe, ...) on the product Kiểm tra gỉa cổ theo panel. - Checking distressing according to the panel. Kiểm tra độ bóng của sản phẩm - Check the gloss of the product Kiểm tra độ dày màng sơn ướt . - Wet film thickness test Kiểm tra ghim sớ, chớn keo (Veneer nứt , phồng veneer , mòn veneer , lồi lõm , mối ghép veneer xấu, nhả mối ghép…). - Check for wood/veneer grain, glue marks, cracked veneer, veneer swelling, wavy, dent..bad veneer joints, release joints...). Các lỗi nứt, mẻ, gãy, bể của các chi tiết ,.. - Cracks, chips, broken, broken of details, ..
