- Ensuring whiteparts meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance. - Making sure production at outside do right at first step. - Always use FSD as a bible - Cross check FSD and sample. Cross check template/jig with FSD. Feedback to PED for quick action. - Destroy the damage template/jig if any. Raise request for replacement. - Using rulers, callipers, gauges, jigs, templates,... MC meters to inspect and measure raw materials/components - Responsible for monitoring critical control points ( refer to TMK/FSD/real metal components) - Control wood selection , MC / record data at wood carcass supplier - Accept or reject white parts / components with respect quality standards or ref. - Discuss with in-house involved parties for handling current production and improving next waves. - Support CMD/MPG/ production floor for shipment/replacement and repaired components - Discuss inspection results with supplier P.I.C for components. Suggest best way to scale those repairs - Discuss with HOD/supervisor for quick solution - Report inspection, take photos of defects. Record data for tracking. - Notify HOD/supervisor and help to analyze and correct the production problems - Cooperate CMD/LAB/PED for samples/references to determine quality. - Upgrade background knowledge , skills - Do other task as HOD assigns.

- Minimum high school diploma required - At least 5 years in quality control or quality assurance. - Reading and understanding full-sizes, blueprints is a must. - Understanding about natural raw materials, handmade products - Analytical , logical thought process and meticulous attention in details - Ability to translate skills and knowledge to others. Strong interpersonal skills. - Must be able to work in a team environment. - Ability to work under pressure, deadline-oriented environment - Have a keen eye for detail and an eye of art. - Honest and independent . - Having a lot of perseverance - English communication is preferable - Computer skills / CAD skills
