- Coordinate with Integrated Management System (IMS) Committee to build up the regulations and procedures related to Quality, Occupational, Health, Safety and Environment.
- Popularize to all staffs the matters relating to QHSE such as: Regime, policy, standards, HSE legal requirements… of government and company.
- Propose and monitor the QHSE programs.
- Coordinate with IMS Committee to build up the yearly company objective, departments objective and action plan, follow up this plan.
- Monitor effectiveness of the Integrated Management System.
- Conduct planned internal auditing.
- Expedite planned external audit related to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018.
- Collect, analyze feedback from second and third parties.
- Monitor implementation of corrective and preventive action.
- Update new HSE legal requirements.
- HSE compliance assessment and propose the corrective actions.
- Training on awareness IMS system for new staffs, staffs, Manager.
- Organize internal training courses on company procedures and external training courses related to quality, safety, health and environmental management systems.
- Continual improvement: conduct regularly Management review meeting to point out problems and priority for Integrated Management System improvement.
