Report Typist_Food_Tân Phú SGS Vietnam Ltd.

- Compose draft reports basing on information of application, quotations, emails, pictures, sample delivery sheets ect.
- Complete draft test reports by inputting results, methods, units, LODs, LODs, notes, ect. after receiving the results from labs, checking all criteria (results, methods, units, LODs, LODs…) and comparing them with client's requirement.
- Issue/send the (draft/official) reports to checker after they are reviewed/checked/ approved by designated persons. Revise reports as per client requirements.
- Follow turn around time of test results and ask Lab to send them on time.
- Update technical knowledge about parameters, methods, regulations of food testing in order to make reports to clients.
- Support clients to check the specs, MRLs or market regulations of their samples whether their samples are pass or fail
- Explain the results, methods and answer client's questions concerning test reports by gathering information from related teams.
- Support clients to check the specs, MRLs or market regulations of their samples whether their samples are pass or fail.
- Take note client's rules and follow the rules for each clients.
- Receive the complaints and follow up with all related teams until they are closed.
- Comply with QHSE policy & Quality management system (SOP, forms, guidelines, ISO17025, etc.)

- University or College graduation with related background (Chemistry/ Food Technology/ Biotechnology)
- Willing working in shift (Mon to Sat: 8AM – 5PM & 10AM – 7PM)
- English skills: reading & writing
- Good communication skill
- Typing and computer skills
