- To actively sell and provide MICE, Banquet products ensuring that space is utilized to its best advantage and to maximize departmental profit; - To manage Sales Team under a supervision of Head of Sales & Marketing in order to achieve a target MICE, Banquet revenue; - Identifies market needs and trends; - Assists the Head of Sales & Marketing/ Food & Beverage Manager with the preparation of the annual operating budget together with the Food & Beverage Manager - Monitors and analyze the menus and products of the competitors; - Develops menus, meeting package, coffee breaks and meeting set up with the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Director/Manager which meet the needs of the market; - Find and develop new client for corporate events or personal function; - Provide strategies and execute the sales plan (sales call visitation, etc.) of products and services to potential client; - Plan and organizing function from start to finish according to requirements from clients or target audience and objectives; - Ensure all events run smoothly and problems rectified at the soonest; - Providing sales and lead reports.
