* Main responsibilities: - Work with related function teams to find opportunities for improvement of process/ system and be able to monitor/review with process owners. - Support to process implementation and improvement, system enhancement. - Be able to create work instruction and conduct training process for on-field team at Operations function - Prepare presentations and provide metrics support to management - Provides functional report monitoring, analysis and support on various business activities and processes to provide solutions in-time for daily operations. - Ensure smooth communication with Stores on daily operation. - Coordinate with the cross functional teams to meet the required standard operation. - Administration of contract handling - Any other duties as assigned by the Direct line manager. * Key Result Areas: - Professional deliver reporting system & data analysis - Provide team knowledge on system and training - High usage of Ordering and Application system - Full implementation of process in Store

* Personal Specification: - Effective performance of this job requires the person to be really pro-active and persistence to follow through key steps of the operational procedure. Essentially the profile of the job holder should include: * Skill: - At least a recognized Bachelor degree in Business or related subjects - Project management skill - Lead by influence and modeling - Carefully, love to work with details - Good communication and presentation skills in English - Self-motivated, interpersonal skills and result oriented, adaptable to change - Good PC skills, master of Microsoft office with good sense for figures - Well-developed customer orientation and ability to see things from the customers point of view - Well-developed aim and success orientation - Quick learner about procedures and working instructions * Experience - Must have sufficient experience & knowledge in reporting and working big team - Priority for candidates who have experience in project management. - Vietnamese nationality - Experiences in a sales and service role - Pragmatic, flexible and matured * Cultural competence - Strong ability to work with people from different cultures and back grounds * Team fit - Ability to build up, lead and coach and work with a team - Ability to integrate and collaborate with different functions * Opportunity - Approach modern business structure - Professional working environment, dynamic and high pressure - Professional training program, many chances to be promoted
