Job Summary: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Merchandising and Sourcing Supervisor in the Building Materials industry. In this position, you will play a critical role in managing our sourcing process, negotiating contracts to ensure the best pricing and quality and ensuring the timely delivery of products. You will be responsible for supporting Merchandising and Sourcing Manager in researching and analyzing market data to verify new potential products for the company to sale Reponsibilities: - Conduct the research among building materials market to support Merchandising and Sourcing Manager verify new potential products to sale - Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and forecast demand, adjusting sourcing plans accordingly - Analyze data and generate reports on key performance indicators, such as market share and size, sale and profits, supplier performance, and product quality... - Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality materials - Manage a team of merchandisers and sourcing specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations - Other assignment of Merchandising and Sourcing Manager

- Bachelor's degree up in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field - Proven experience in Merchandising and Sourcing, Marketing for the Building Material or Construction and Décor industry at least 5 years - Experience in Paints, Chemicals, Mechanical and Electric products or Water System in Construction is prefered - Knowledge of market trends and skills in Building Materials market researching - Good at analytical and problem-solving abilities - Good command in English
